Pescetarian Diet
The word Pescetarian comes from the Italian word ” Pisc or pisci” which means fish thus is a kind of vegetarian diet which also includes fish in their diet. Pescetarianism is a dietary choice in which a person, eats any combination of vegetables, fruit, nuts, beans and fish or seafood including molluscs and crustacean, but will not eat mammals or birds.

Delicious seafood
The advantages of this diet is that eating marine products do not contribute to deadly diseases like cancer, heart disease, and diabetes; in fact it may even prevent them. There are types of fish that contain large quantities of polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids, which have been proven to treat heart related diseases. Seafood products are also a good source of iron which is great for the blood and prevents anaemia. What makes this diet better than other vegetarian diets is that pescetarians get to intake healthy and beneficial nutrients that pure vegetarians who eat only agricultural products can not.
